INCLUSIVE SELF DEFENSE

Description
Empower yourself with practical, beginner-friendly self-defense skills.
In this four-week mini course, participants will learn essential techniques to defend themselves in the event of a physical, hand-to-hand confrontation. Rooted in the core principles of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, this course focuses on helping you create space, break free from holds, and get away safely.

Whether you’re brand new to martial arts or looking to build confidence, this course is designed to be accessible, inclusive, and empowering. At GMMAC, we prioritize a trauma-informed, supportive, and non-intimidating environment where all participants can feel safe and encouraged to learn.
