FILIPINO DIRTY BOXING

Description
A 4 week long mini class where participants learn multiple striking techniques meant for combat and or self defense.  In a fun, supportive and unintimidating environment, individuals will learn how to .  Participants will also learn situational awareness, functional self defense tactics and gain exposure to Filipino martial arts.

– Various striking techniques utilizing fists, forearms, elbows and legs

– No former training experience necessary
– Ages 14+

Details / What to Bring
– Wear comfortable workout clothing
– Non marking indoor shoes are the only footwear option, otherwise prepare to train in socks or go barefoot.
– Each weekly session is around 1 hour in length (a total of 4 hours of training).
– Maximum class size of 10 participants.
